| Job Description: | Perform Massage Therapy, muscle manipulation and soft tissue therapy of the body to provide muscle manipulation for medical conditions, injuries, muscular Inconsistencies, or wellness maintenance.Prepare a clean and sanitized massage treatment room for the day and per guest. Clean tools, room, bed, sheets, instruments, walls, door knobs ect… Ensure the facility and massage tools are kept sterile and clean at all times. Confer with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine how massage will be most helpful. Interview patients to gather medical information and provide a customized massage therapy session. Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used that is best for the individual guest. Provide clients with guidance and information about techniques for body work improvement, and stretching, strengthening, relaxation and rehabilitative exercises. Efficiently and professionally produce SOAP notes for every client on the same day of the service. |
