We are looking for passionate, highly-skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join our network as independent contractors.
Position: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Independent Contractor (1099)
This is a business-to-business partnership for a highly motivated and professional LMT who wants to build their practice with a high-end clientele without the hassle of client acquisition and marketing.
Your Role
As an Independent Contractor, you will be the face of our luxury brand. You will be responsible for delivering our signature, all-inclusive massage sessions to clients across the Austin area. Your focus will be on providing a superior, personalized experience that reinforces our brand’s reputation for quality and professionalism.
Compensation
We believe in a transparent and highly competitive pay structure that respects your time and expertise. You will be compensated with a hybrid model that combines a high hourly wage with a performance-based commission. This model is designed to be highly profitable for you and acknowledges your time spent on travel and setup, in addition to the service itself.
Hourly Rate: You will be compensated at a rate of $65 per hour for all time spent hands-on with the client during the appointment.

Requirements
Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Texas.
Must provide your own professional liability insurance.
Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to client locations.
Must provide your own massage table, linens, and supplies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for delivering a premium, luxury client experience.
