With over 22 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I’ve developed a refined, results-driven approach shaped by working with A-list clientele across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, and New York. I’m looking for an LMT who wants to learn and grow within this approach. You’ll be trained hands-on in advanced bodywork techniques focused on precision, intuition, and delivering meaningful results. I’m looking for someone coachable, grounded, and committed to becoming exceptional.

Position Details
• 3–4 days per week (Thursday–Sunday preferred)
• Opportunity to expand into additional days over time
• Fully furnished treatment room
• Linens, oils, and supplies provided
• Scheduling managed through Vagaro

Compensation
• 30–35% commission depending on experience + tips (opportunity for raises every 6 months based on growth and performance)
• Bonus potential as client retention and bookings grow

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, results-driven massage sessions
• Specializes in deep tissue and therapeutic bodywork
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to appointments to prepare your space
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room
• Create a warm, professional client experience
• Complete SOAP notes
• Assist with light laundry as part of maintaining the space

Qualifications
• Active Texas Massage Therapy License
• Strong interest in advancing in deep tissue, therapeutic work, and correctional work
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Coachable and open to learning advanced techniques and doing spa packages
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in long-term growth within a wellness practice

Preferred (not required)
• Experience with hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, prenatal, or spa services
