Becoming an Instructor or Assistant Instructor is a great way to expand your career!
Joining the TLC Team provides a unique opportunity to help someone with the same desire as you to become a Massage Therapist. You’ll be able to experience and participate in the program from another perspective. You’ll be able to encourage and inspire Student’s who are right where you began.
TLC is seeking Assistant Instructors, Assistants to Visually Impaired Students, Graders, Tutors and Clinic MTI’s.
Instructors: Teaching is an opportunity for you to share your skills and insights with new and eager students on their way to becoming the skilled practitioner you are and is an incredibly gratifying experience.
TLC offers:
- Full paid training
- MTI (Massage Therapy Instructor) fees, licensing and renewals
- Annual CE stipends
- Opportunities for Free CEUs & Certifications
- Yearly bonus opportunities
- Free monthly massage in the clinic
Pay: $23 hourly
Assistants: Assisting gives you the unique opportunity to enhance your resume, revisit the program, and hone your skills through observation while preparing you for further opportunities in class instruction should that be a desire.

Pay: $15 hourly
