Our weekends are consistently busy and we often turn bookings away, so the right candidates will see steady session volume from the start.
**Pay**
– Base commission $35–$41 per session hour, based on experience and modalities
– Add-on commissions ($2–$12 per add-on; clients could book multiple)
– Tips average ~20% of total comp (processed through Tippy)
– Sign-on bonus of up to $600
– Referral bonus when you bring another therapist on board
**Schedule**
– Saturdays and Sundays required
– Additional weekday shifts available if you want them
**Requirements**
– Active Texas TDLR license
– 3+ years experience
