Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, and trigger point therapy to meet individual client needs.
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand health history, preferences, and specific areas of pain or tension for tailored treatment plans.
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, expectations, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with applicable health regulations and company standards.
Uphold the highest standards of client service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each session.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment environment.
Stay informed on the latest techniques and best practices in massage therapy, physiology, anatomy, pain management, occupational health, and medical terminology to provide safe and effective care.
Qualification
New graduates are welcome to apply!
Valid Texas Massage Therapist license in good standing and in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pain management techniques, and wellness principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess each client’s individual needs and provide personalized treatments.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, compassionate, and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced wellness environment.
