What You’ll Do
Conduct detailed client assessments to understand physical, emotional, and energetic needs
Deliver high-quality massage therapy including deep tissue, trigger point, and Ayurvedic-therapies
Create personalized treatment plans that integrate holistic and Ayurvedic principles
Educate clients on self-care, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, and pain management strategies
Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records using appropriate medical terminology
Ensure a serene, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all clients
Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners and wellness professionals to support integrative care
Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For
Valid state license or certification in massage therapy
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
Interest or experience in Ayurveda, holistic health, or Eastern medicine (training provided)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a heart-centered approach to care
Ability to adapt techniques to meet diverse client needs
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Must be available for evening shifts and weekends
