All of us breathe. Not all of us know how to breathe optimally.

The consequence of this fact is that we end in anxiety, mental rumination, depression, and ultimately, burnout. Many times we discard the simple things that, unbeknownst to us, can provide a massive return of investment in our human experience. And proper breathing is one of those.

Because of that, we designed the… Optimal Breathing Workshop

In this workshop, you will discover the power of your own breath to manage your state under any stressful situation, calm your mind, and achieve an optimal functioning of your mind, body, and emotions with minimal effort.

The participants will be required to bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • A cozy jacket or blanket
  • An eye mask (optional)
  • A notepad

JJ Ruescas is a Human Optimization Strategist.
