You will receive a confirmation email within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm), which will include a link for session payment and any required paperwork.
Please call (512) 374-9222 ex. 10 if you do not receive an email response within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm) as this is an indication that we did not receive your request or you did not receive our confirmation and an appointment has/hasn’t been booked!
- Normal Processing hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Read the email response in detail as there may be further steps to take in order to book your request.
- Appointments are first-come, first-served.
- Desired times may be booked between the time of request submission and processing.
