Join us for some self-care bendy feel good moves EVERY Friday morning on the TLC Campus.

Fridays 10am – 11am

BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)

About this Class:

In this class, we cultivate mindfulness through movement and breath awareness. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome! We will combine yoga poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), & meditation to connect the body, mind, and spirit. With an emphasis on safety, this practice will gently work through functional movement patterns of the body to strengthen, open, and balance the entire self. All your work in the practice will lead up to a meditation soothing the soul–If you’re looking for health, flexibility, connection to your consciousness….everywhere in between, come try it out!
BYOM (Bring your own mat) we will have several just in case. Donations/kind offerings welcome🙏
We hope you join us Friday for therapeutic yoga at TLC!
